What fiat currencies do you support?
Currently we only EUR. We’re planning to add a plenty in the nearest future.

How can I create a wallet?
At the moment you can only use your own wallet. But very soon you will be able to create one right inside Qwipper.
I registered for an account but did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do?
Please make sure following these steps:
  • 1. Check your spam folder.
  • 2. Check all other folders you may have (as Notifications and such).
  • 3. If you didn’t manage to find a confirmation email, contact our team via support@qwipper.com.
What information do I need to provide in order to use credit/debit card?
We have to ask you the following information:
  • 1. Card number (16 digits)
  • 2. Expiry date (MM/YY format)
  • 3. CVV/CVC code found on the back of the card
  • 4. Name on the card
  • 5. Address: Zipcode, City, Country
  • 6. Phone number
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can make purchases using Credit/Debit cards. Make sure your card can be used to make international purchases.
Can I use Qwipper across my devices?
Currently you can reach your account by using our Web site. We are flattered to inform that we’re working on iOS and Android apps right now. Stay tuned!
How do I see my wallet’s address?
To see your wallet’s address you should log in to your account on our Web site. In your dashboard you can see all of your wallets.
Is KYC verification necessary?
Yes, it is. By completing verification you will get full access to Qwipper services.
What do I need for KYC verification?
You need photos of your Passport or ID and liveness check.
How long does KYC verification take?
The procedure of KYC will be approved in 24 hours.
Why do I need to pass KYC?
As financial services are regulated, we have to ask for KYC verification. The activity of our company is licensed and our payment processing is regulated thus it requires the “Know Your Customer” (KYC) procedure and “Anti-Money Laundering” (AML) policy.
When will I be able to start using Qwipper?
As soon as you have done with KYC, you get full access to your Qwipper wallet.
Do you have a license?
Yes, we are authorised as EMI agent working under Globalnetin JSC license (Nr. 21) and supervised by Central Bank of Lithuania for the distribution and redemption of electronic money.
Who emitents your cards?
Qwipper VISA cards are issued by UAB Walletto, Vilnius.
Is the Qwipper Wallet globally available?
We try our best to make our service available globally. Currently we cannot provide Qwipper for the citizens of the following contries: Benin, Bahamas, Congo (The Democratic Republic of the), Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Cuba, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iraq, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Korea (Democratic People's Republic of), Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Panama, Pakistan, Palestine (State of), Sudan, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Chad, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Ghana, Nicaragua, Qatar, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
How can I return money if I made a mistake in the receiver’s wallet address?
That is how the blockchain technology works – the information about transactions is stored on multiple computers and cannot be overwritten. Thus it is impossible to return money. You can try to contact the owner of the wallet. Please, be very attentive when you fill the form – we ask about reviewing the address in a pop-up message when you send money.
How long does it usually take to process the payment?
Usually, it takes several minutes. Maximum transaction term is 24 hours. If the transaction had not completed in a day, contact us via support@qwipper.com.
